We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, results‑oriented Senior Marketing Manager to support marketing for our Consulting segment team. The role will drive brand awareness, revenue growth, and strengthen our Environmental Consulting business through omni‑channel campaigns and compelling, brand‑centric content. Candidates should bring 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in the environmental or professional services sectors, and a passion for translating complex technical offerings into engaging narratives.

A DAY IN THE LIFE Reporting to the Director of Marketing for the Consulting segment, this role will support the development and execution of strategic marketing that addresses the segment’s priorities, objectives, and opportunities. Primary responsibilities include:
Support marketing strategy execution: implement segment‑specific strategies and campaigns that accelerate pipeline and enhance brand visibility.
Develop and execute thought‑leadership content and campaigns: create insight‑driven content such as POVs, case studies, and data‑backed narratives tailored to target sectors and buyer personas.
Collaborate cross‑functionally: work with sales, operations, and corporate marketing to ensure cohesive messaging and support business development.
Elevate brand and messaging consistency: shape go‑to‑market messaging that balances technical precision with executive clarity across digital and client‑facing assets.
Execute multi‑channel campaigns for lead generation: coordinate email, digital, and event marketing that drives awareness and supports the sales pipeline. Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and ABM is a plus.
Monitor and report performance: track campaign KPIs using analytics tools and provide insights for optimization.
Track market trends and competitive monitoring: stay informed about industry trends, competitive positioning, and client needs to shape timely marketing efforts.
Project management: manage timelines, deliverables, and workflows using Asana or ClickUp to ensure on‑time, on‑brand execution.
Budget support: assist in tracking marketing spend, vendor invoicing, and budget alignment.
Team contribution: collaborate with peers and agencies to deliver high‑quality, high‑impact work and foster a positive, innovative culture.
Qualifications And Skills
10+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in environmental or professional services or A&E sectors.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for various audiences and formats.
Experience supporting content development, digital campaigns, and lead generation with measurable ROI.
Experience with B2B services marketing.
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
Familiarity with marketing tools such as Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Asana, or ClickUp.
Data‑driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and suggest improvements.
Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn and grow within a high‑performing team.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
