About the Role:
An experienced consulting professional who will serve as a thought leader and key advisor to define and realize solutions and business architecture. You will shape value‑adding consulting solutions that enable clients to meet rapidly transforming business models.
Key Areas of Focus:
Business and Technology Transformation
Intelligent Customer Engagement
Re‑imagined Enterprise Telecom Business
Primary Responsibilities:
Define transformation roadmaps and end‑to‑end solution architecture
Develop technical and business architecture designs, including transient state solutions for business continuity
Lead solution reviews, technical design reviews, and technology evaluation and selection
Identify and execute PoC scope, design, and delivery
Mentor team members and guide technical implementation
Participate in technical governance meetings and analyst surveys to showcase Infosys capabilities
Identify new business opportunities and evaluate solution options on ROI and business value
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent (or progressive experience as outlined)
10+ years in the utilities or telecom industry with 5+ years advisory consulting experience
Willingness to travel up to four days a week
Authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship)
Ability to work in cross‑cultural teams and accommodate multiple time zones
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or advanced degree in Communications, Media, or Entertainment business
Strong client‑facing skills with senior leadership presentations
Demonstrated expertise in solution architecture design and realization
Excellent planning, coordination, analytical, and communication skills
Proactive guidance to stakeholders on business value of initiatives
Effective stakeholder interface with minimal supervision
Track record of prioritizing tasks and ensuring deliverables
Compensation:
$241,000–$300,000 per annum for locations in CA, IL, NJ, WA, and NY.
