About The Role We’re looking for a full‑stack videographer who can own everything from live event capture to motion graphics to podcast production. This role sits at the center of our brand and content engine. You’ll help us tell sharper stories, teach customers how to win with AI, and give our thought leadership the quality it deserves. We need someone who can concept, shoot, edit, animate, and produce end‑to‑end. You’ll work across product marketing, content, events, founders, and customers. If you thrive in a fast environment, know how to deliver high quality without a big crew, and can switch between strategic and scrappy without blinking, you’ll love it here.
What You’ll Own
Film on site at classes, customer stories, demos, founder content, team offsites, recruiting efforts, and our annual Summit
Capture and edit high‑quality short‑form assets for LinkedIn, the GC AI site, classes, product explainers, and paid social
Build clean motion graphics for product launches, workflow explainers, ads, and events
Produce our podcasts, including multi‑camera recording, audio cleanup, editing, and packaging
Create consistent video templates, transitions, lower thirds, and visual systems that scale
Direct simple on‑camera sessions with founders, customers, and subject matter experts
Maintain gear and build a lean kit that lets us move fast
Manage file organization, backups, and final delivery across channels
Partner with product marketing to translate complex workflows into clear visual stories
Support event production needs such as on‑site A/V, lighting, and livestream setup
Help build a library of reusable assets that raises the quality of everything we make
What Great Looks Like
You can shoot in any environment and make it look intentional
You understand brand fundamentals and know how to express them in motion
You’re fast without being sloppy
You can turn raw footage into crisp, usable assets without a detailed brief
You anticipate needs before anyone asks
You can take feedback from founders who care about quality and taste
You’re comfortable working around executives and customers in high‑stakes environments
You’re a problem solver when gear, lighting, space, or time is limited or evolving
Must Haves
7+ years of experience in video production, editing, and motion graphics
Strong portfolio across short form, explainers, social content, and event footage
Fluency in Adobe Premiere and After Effects
Experience with multi‑camera and multi‑mic setups; a tech wizard
Ability to direct talent and set up lighting, audio, and staging independently
World‑class editing skills
Strong motion design skills with a clean, modern aesthetic
Experience producing podcasts and repackaging long‑form into short clips
Comfortable working in a start‑up environment where priorities shift and speed matters
Strong communication and organization
World‑class reference‑able content and portfolio
Fast – your clients are surprised at how quickly and well you can get things done. For example, an event was yesterday, and you have the edited video live today.
Nice To Have
Experience in B2B SaaS or AI
Experience with Framer, Figma, AI or other design tools
Experience with livestreaming platforms
Photography skills
Basic audio engineering
Why GC AI You’ll be building the visual layer of one of the fastest‑growing AI companies, surrounded by founders who understand the power of great content.
