Overview Accenture Strategy’s Operating Model and Organization Design practice partners with Boards, CEOs, and other C‑Suite Leaders to co‑create their future ways of working, based on their unique business and growth strategy. We serve as an end‑to‑end partner from strategy to design to activation to optimization, guiding clients through the age of AI to deliver the most impactful programs.

The Work
Engage with senior clients on their biggest business challenges.
Evaluate actionable solutions, value, and roadmap to deliver and sustain change.
Design future‑proof, agile, and resilient enterprise and function operating models that embrace the future of work and new skills in the age of AI.
Build organizations from top‑down and bottom‑up using leading methodologies and digital AI tools.
Innovate advanced shared‑service / global business services methods as a key enabler of new operating models and organization designs.
Architect total enterprise transformations from strategy to design to activation to optimization, bridging functions and integrating across the enterprise.
Integrate across Accenture to bring the best thinking and leadership across technology, operations, GenAI & data & analytics as a true end‑to‑end partner.
Lead teams in driving insights and recommendations using AI‑driven data models and visualization tools.
Develop relationships with clients as a trusted expert and influencer with a long‑term mindset.
Lead authentically and with a people‑first mindset that fosters inclusivity and celebrates diversity.
Mentor junior members of the team, providing them with experiences to continually learn and grow.
Travel as required, 60% - 80%.
Job Qualifications Here’s What You Need
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 5 years of experience in one or more of the following:
Organization Strategy & Design
Operating Model Strategy & Design
Shared Services Strategy & Design
Client Relationship Building and Management
Value Architecture & Realization
Storytelling
Data analysis & insights generation
Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience
Minimum of 1 year of experience designing operating models & organizational designs that incorporate the impacts of generative or agentic AI
Bonus Points If You Have
MBA or equivalent graduate degree
Experience in the following:
Leadership Strategy / Development
Job and Role Design
End‑to‑end enterprise or function transformation implementation
Strategic Cost Reduction
Growth Strategy
M&A
Private Equity
Managed Service Providers
Digital organization design tools (e.g., OrgVue)
Prior experience in digital-based transformation – platform technologies, Agile methodologies, etc.
