Job Overview As a Creative Kitchen Consultant at The Home Depot, you will play a pivotal role in transforming customers' kitchen and bath aspirations into stunning realities. Your primary responsibilities include: Engaging customers with a warm greeting and attentive demeanor. Actively listening to customer needs and guiding them expertly through the design process. Offering a range of solutions including 'good, better, best' options, along with samples that customers can take home. Utilizing advanced design tools and showroom resources to educate customers on products, services, and installations. Supporting customers by presenting current promotions, financing options, and showcasing the benefits of choosing Home Depot. In addition to exceptional customer interaction, you will ensure the showroom maintains a clean, organized, and welcoming atmosphere that promotes a safe shopping experience. You'll play an active role in following up on project statuses, answering questions, and guiding customers every step of the way, whether they're DIY enthusiasts or collaborating with professionals. Salary and Benefits The starting pay for this position is $21.50.
