Technical Leadership : Oversight of Process Engineering, Product Engineering, and Laboratory functions to ensure high product and process performance.
Process & Product Excellence : Expertise in VIM, VAR, ESR, and bar mill operations; strong focus on process control, yield improvement, and scrap reduction.
Quality & Compliance : Champion of SPC, MSA, PFMEA, and 8D methodologies; committed to building a strong internal and external quality reputation.
Strategic Oversight : Budgetary responsibility, capital expenditure planning, and technical support for raw material purchasing and sales contract reviews.
Customer & Industry Engagement : Technical liaison for customer support, complaint resolution, and industry representation at seminars and forums.

Led technical transformation initiatives to embed a Zero Defects culture across operations.
Directed technical evaluations that improved product quality, reduced costs, and enhanced process control.

Education & Qualifications
Education : B.S. in Metallurgy, Materials, Chemical, Mechanical, or related Engineering field (M.S./Ph.D. preferred).
Industry Experience : 10+ years in technical management within the metals industry; 5+ years in aerospace with leadership responsibilities.
Special Skills :
Proficiency in SPC, MSA, PFMEA, and 8D
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Rapid decision-making in high-pressure environments
