Role Overview Everyone Financial Group is expanding and searching for motivated individuals to join our Mortgage Protection & Life Insurance team. You’ll get access to qualified leads (no cold calling), hands‑on training, and mentorship from industry leaders – all while building your own flexible schedule and income stream.
This is a 1099 independent contractor role and all compensation is commission based plus incentives with no caps.
Responsibilities
Work with qualified leads (no cold calling or chasing friends/family).
Connect with clients to understand their goals and recommend the best coverage.
Present and explain life insurance options in simple, relatable terms.
Build long‑term relationships and provide ongoing client support.
Manage your own schedule and income – part‑time or full‑time.
Learn proven systems and strategies from industry‑leading mentors.
Qualifications
A positive attitude and genuine desire to help people.
Strong communication skills – phone, video, or in‑person.
