Senior UX Researcher – Safelite Join to apply for the Senior UX Researcher role at Safelite.

Location: Columbus, OH. Onsite, four days per week.

Overview As a Senior UX Researcher you will identify and lead research activities that provide actionable insights and build empathy around user needs. You will work across the entire Safelite digital ecosystem, sharing insights and recommendations with stakeholders.

What You Will Do

Lead customer studies using modern methods of qualitative and quantitative research to uncover and define user needs and identify opportunities to improve the experience. This includes recruiting, moderating, synthesizing, and sharing research findings.

Collaborate with leadership across product, design, customer experience, analytics, and engineering to identify research opportunities and integrate findings.

Synthesize data and communicate findings into clear, actionable insights through compelling reports and presentations.

Stay current on UX trends, tools, and methodologies to continuously improve research techniques and impact.

Mentor junior researchers and contribute to the development of research best practices and toolkits.

Perform other duties as assigned and comply with all policies and standards.

What You Will Need

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.

4–6 years of experience in UX research.

Experience selecting and applying a variety of research methods to explore problem spaces and evaluate hypotheses.

Experience managing a complex workload and prioritizing according to business needs.

Experience analyzing and synthesizing quantitative and qualitative data, communicating insights and recommendations, and identifying areas for further exploration.

Advanced knowledge of research tools and platforms, independently managing dashboards, data connectors, and attributes.

Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, Discover, etc.

Advanced knowledge in repository management and tagging standards.

Ability to speak fluently about metrics, revenue impact, and product strategy.

Deep understanding of User‑Centered Design principles and how to apply them throughout the product lifecycle.
