Role Description Support the design and execution of omni‑channel marketing and sales enablement campaigns to drive the value perception and business growth of CVS Retail Pharmacy among Business‑to‑Business (B2B) stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Develop/ support delivery of marketing campaigns, content, and initiatives across core channels (digital, social media, email, events, sales enablement) to increase brand value and retail health solution growth.

Develop and maintain B2B sales collateral (pitch decks, 1‑pagers, solution overviews), ensuring alignment with CVS Retail Pharmacy’s value proposition and supporting sales team efforts.

Conduct targeted market and customer research to inform campaign messaging, support claims, and ensure content relevance.

Gather and synthesize customer and market insights, as well as competitive intelligence, to support campaign and collateral development.

Coordinate with cross‑functional partners—sales, product, creative services, legal, and external agencies—to ensure timely and compliant execution of marketing deliverables.

Support the creation, update, and management of digital content (website, articles, etc.) in partnership with marketing colleagues and internal/external creative teams.

Monitor and report on campaign performance using key metrics (engagement, reach, conversion rates), and support data‑driven optimization efforts.

Stay current on industry trends and best practices to help identify new B2B marketing opportunities.

Manage project timelines, deliverables, and internal processes to ensure projects are executed on schedule and within scope.

Required Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in B2B or B2C marketing, agency, consulting, or pharmacy benefit / health plan related industry roles.

Experience supporting / leading the execution of integrated marketing campaigns (digital and traditional channels).

Strong skills in developing marketing collateral and supporting sales enablement.

Exposure to market and customer research and application of insights to marketing activities.

Proficient in collaborating within a cross‑functional, matrixed environment.

Strong project management skills; able to manage multiple priorities and timelines.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Intellectual curiosity, analytical mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or related industry.

Creative problem‑solving skills and ability to incorporate feedback from multiple stakeholders.

Familiarity with marketing analytics and data‑driven optimization.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Pay Range $66,330.00 – $159,120.00. This range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay range.
