to drive organic and paid campaigns that elevate our brand and connect with audiences worldwide. In this role, you’ll lead a talented team, shape creative storytelling, and partner across departments to deliver content that breaks through the feed and delivers measurable results. What you’ll do: Lead and mentor the social media team, managing workflows and processes. Develop and execute social strategies for campaigns and product launches. Concept and oversee cross‑channel paid targeting and trend‑driven content. Monitor cultural trends and optimize content for engagement and performance. Translate analytics into actionable insights that fuel continuous improvement. What we’re looking for: 3+ years in social media or digital marketing, with leadership experience. Expertise in major platforms (X, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube). Strong project management and collaboration skills. Experience with analytics tools and enterprise social platforms. A creative, strategic mindset with a passion for innovation. This is a hybrid role based in Thief River Falls, MN, offering a competitive salary range of
