Our client, a fast‑growing consumer goods company, is looking for an
eCommerce Content Coordinator
to support product content creation, maintenance, and item setup across major retail channels.

As the heart of digital merchandising and new product development, you will help shape product copy, imagery and video content and ensure accurate, consistent syndication to retail partner sites. Reporting to the Sr. Copywriter & Content Manager, you will collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales and Product Development to optimize content for click‑through, conversion and retail requirements.
What You’ll Do
Manage digital content for a 1,000+ SKU catalog across multiple brands using Salsify (PXM platform) and Syndigo.
Partner with Sales and Product Development to ensure accuracy, consistency, and content “health” across platforms and retailer sites.
Assist with execution of new item launches, ensuring all content is built, approved, and syndicated on time.
Set up new items for retail partners via Salsify and Syndigo; support Sales with any required manual item setups.
Conduct routine audits of retail partner websites to confirm product copy, images, and key details are displayed properly.
Initiate updates to existing content with the creative team and drive them through to completion.
Support quarterly content health checks to align with evolving retailer algorithms and scorecards.
What You Bring
2–3 years of experience in eCommerce, digital content management, merchandising, or a related field.
Hands‑on experience with eCommerce content platforms such as Salsify or Syndigo.
Strong project management and prioritization skills; able to work independently with excellent follow‑through.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working in a friendly, fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
Nice to Have
Familiarity with major retailer portals (Amazon Vendor Central, Wayfair Partner Home, Walmart Supplier Center, Target POL, Kohl’s K‑Link, etc.).
Experience in consumer products, home goods, outdoor products, or kids’ categories.
Interest in outdoor living, home improvement, or lifestyle brands.
