From deepening relationships through personalized shopping experiences to evolving advertising and monetization, Guest UX plays a critical role in delivering value and driving business growth for our partners and with our guests. help define experience strategy, drive complex initiatives forward, and ensure every solution delivers both for the guest and the business. **Responsibilities:**Define UX north stars and experience blueprints for critical user journeys and surfaces, including campaign setup, optimization, and insightsBuild a network of relationships to enable your vision in service of enterprise experiences and tools and Target as a whole7+ years' experience as a product designer with a strong portfolio showcasing successful product design and ad tech expertiseExpert skills in UX and product design, as well as structuring and planning work, and owning the design processAdvanced proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma).Advanced strategic problem-solving, systems thinking, and collaboration skillsProven ability to effectively use data and insights to set your direction and communicate your approach Comfortable exploring and using emerging AI-powered tools to support the design process, with curiosity around its evolving role in UX practiceThis position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
