Concord Hospitality Enterprises Location: Miami Beach, FL. Salary: $83,000 – $94,000 per year. Provide the highest levels of customer service to internal partners and external clients at all times, and set the example and tone of interactions for the immediate team and hotel staff. Responsibilities
Respond quickly, timely, and professionally to all internal partners and external customers, delivering clear and concise communication representative of Concord Hospitality through all channels. Demonstrate excellent time management, self‑motivation, and proactive planning; be organizationally savvy with a keen focus on detail and set an example for the sales and catering team. Maintain existing assigned accounts and segments, and work diligently to develop new business for the hotel. Consistently attain sales‑activity goals and individual revenue goals, including proactive and reactive calls, tours, and appointments as outlined by Concord and the Regional Vice President (VPS) and General Manager. Become familiar with the hotel’s annual budget, occupancy, average rate, and REVPAR goals and performance metrics; aid in forecasting for sales and catering. Become the expert on local and like‑branded competitors to ensure the hotel receives its fair share. Work closely with the Revenue Manager and liaise with other departments to ensure optimal revenue achievement. Prepare for, participate in, facilitate, and report on all necessary internal meetings, conference calls, reporting, planning, and other essential duties. Learn and use digital sales systems and conceptual sales processes (e.g., Delphi, CI/TY, PMS) and understand the hotel’s sales strategies, then implement these tools to accomplish individual and team goals efficiently. Network with key local business contacts, association members, community leaders, and hotel partners to develop a positive rapport and garner new referrals and repeat business. Work in a unified, collaborative way that fosters teamwork, embodying an entrepreneurial spirit to make the best decisions for the hotel and company and achieve overall team goals. Own career development for self and direct reports. Carry out reasonable requests from Management and comply with company policies and procedures.
