About the Role
We are looking for a
Senior Growth Marketing Manager (Contractor)
to join our Customer Marketing – Accountant Channel team. This role is ideal for someone who is data-driven, highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about optimizing customer growth campaigns and field marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Develop and deploy multi-channel customer campaigns (must have strong
email marketing
experience) to drive product adoption, expansion, and retention.
Execute field event marketing strategies and coordinate closely with the customer Sales and Events teams.
Manage campaign logistics across copy, design, landing pages, lead flows, and routing.
Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations using tools such as
Salesforce, Tableau, and marketing automation platforms .
Ensure accuracy of lead routing, attribution, and overall lead management.
Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, sales, product, and leadership teams.
Assist with budgeting, goal setting, ROI tracking, and campaign strategy.
What We’re Looking For Must Have:
5–7 years' experience managing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns & customer communications.
Hands-on experience with
email campaigns, promotions, and marketing operations .
1–2 years of experience (or strong knowledge) in field marketing.
Proven analytical & quantitative abilities with a data-driven mindset.
Exceptional project management, organizational, and time-management skills.
Experience collaborating cross-functionally across multiple teams.
Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
Local to the San Jose, CA area and able to commute onsite 3 days per week.
Work Schedule
Hours:
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PT
Interviews:
Multiple rounds including 1:1 and panel interviews
Team:
Work closely with two other marketers + cross-functional partners
