As we continue to grow our organization, we are looking to add a Senior Account Executive to our team. The Senior Account Executive should be detail oriented and able to coordinate and participate in numerous projects in an organized manner. This role will require at least three days per week in the office and is best suited for someone who has an exceptional work ethic and is motivated to excel in a fast‑paced, collaborative and creative environment. Responsibilities

Manage day‑to‑day account activities; including regular communication with clients, assessment of clients’ needs and priorities, and management of client projects. Continuously generate innovative ideas and solutions to effectively meet and exceed client goals and expectations. Collaborate with Account Leads, and lead some smaller accounts, serving as the first point of escalation for client issues and challenges. Research and write news releases, pitches, fact sheets, media advisories and social media content. Utilize advanced pitching techniques and establish strong relationships with national, regional, and trade journalists across various media channels, demonstrating exceptional persuasive skills and strategic thinking to secure high‑impact media placements. Manage social media, including implementation of social media campaigns for clients on platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and X. Research target media using Muckrack, ChatGPT, and other tools, with support from the account team. Take on a management role in mentoring and coaching junior staff members, providing constructive feedback, guidance, and support to foster their professional growth and elevate their skills in client servicing, media relations, and strategic communications. Additional tasks as required. Knowledge, Skills and Experience

4–5 years of Public Relations agency experience Bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications, journalism or related field Track record of securing national and niche media coverage, and experience developing relationships with reporters and influencers Outstanding written and verbal communication with knowledge of AP style Ability to ideate and create new pitches, thought leadership contributed content, blog posts, and more Experience growing social media followings for clients using X, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc. Detail‑oriented; able to manage multiple projects in an organized manner Core Competencies
