About the Role We are seeking a
Creative Lead
to drive visual storytelling across our brand. In this role, you will guide the concept, design, and execution of compelling creative assets that elevate our digital, retail, and product‑based initiatives. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and manufacturing teams while taking ownership of projects from concept to final delivery. This is a highly visible role ideal for a strategic, detail‑driven leader who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the creative development of campaigns, product launches, and brand assets across digital, print, retail, and social platforms
Manage the end‑to‑end design process—from concepting and storyboarding to final production and delivery
Create high‑quality designs, graphics, and visual systems that align with brand guidelines and long‑term strategy
Oversee vendor relationships, including printers, photographers, freelancers, and production partners
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (marketing, product, manufacturing) to ensure cohesive and consistent brand execution
Maintain a strong pulse on design trends, emerging technology, and best‑in‑class creative approaches
Review and refine team deliverables, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and excellence
Organize and manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, maintaining clear timelines and expectations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or related field
5+ years of experience managing creative projects in an agency, in‑house, or manufacturing environment
Expert‑level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite—Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
Intermediate experience with After Effects and Premiere Pro
Strong understanding of brand development, visual design systems, and production processes
Proven ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively to internal stakeholders
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and project management skills
