The Opportunity As a

Content Marketer Supervising Associate

within the BMC function, you will play a key role in building brand awareness and consideration of our EY-Parthenon business. You’ll support the team’s Transformative Strategy Pillar by directing marketing strategy and initiatives for select EYP priorities, solutions and sectors, working with sector/solution leaders to develop annual marketing plans, managing content and campaign development, and tracking budgets.

Your Key Responsibilities

Support and work closely with senior Content Marketers to meet brand and go‑to‑market objectives by supporting the development and execution of annual marketing plans for specific solution and sector offerings.

Drive the creation, implementation and evaluation of a wide range of marketing activities, including thought leadership, paid media, event development and management, media relations, social media, and demand‑generation tools such as email marketing.

Contribute to the planning, content development and onsite execution of industry sponsorships, proprietary client events, and internal training.

Collaborate with sector, practice, industry and other firm leaders to develop market‑facing initiatives that help drive EY’s overall strategy around key business issues our clients face.

Leverage marketing automation and lead management to streamline, automate and measure all marketing programs.

Exceptional writing skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling marketing messages.

Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.

Proactive engagement with senior stakeholders and the ability to influence without authority.

Track effectiveness of campaigns and provide measurement reports and status updates.

Ability to thrive in a highly matrixed and evolving organization with teammates and stakeholders across the country.

Qualifications

5–7 years of marketing experience, with health industry and/or professional services experience preferred.

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing or a related field.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentations.

Proven track record of success in a large, global, highly‑matrixed enterprise, ideally in professional or financial services.

Solid understanding of go‑to‑market and sales processes in a complex organization.

Experience working independently and in virtual teams.

Availability to work at an EY office (New York, Hoboken or Iselin) 2–3 days per week.

Strong relationship‑building and influencing skills.

Ability to deliver measurement reports and status updates on campaigns.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with efficient time‑management skills.

Adherence to internal reporting requirements and risk management protocols.

What We Offer You

A comprehensive compensation and benefits package; base salary ranges from $72,100 to $134,900 (all U.S. locations) with higher ranges for major metros. Total Rewards includes medical, dental, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.

Hybrid working model: flexibility to work in person 40‑60% of the time, as needed.

Flexible vacation policy and additional time off for EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence.
