Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a results‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist with experience in paid search campaigns to join a dynamic, fast‑paced agency team. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple clients, industries, and campaigns while developing hands‑on expertise in digital advertising and performance optimization.
Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search networks.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable recommendations to improve ROI and KPIs.
Collaborate with internal teams (creative, account management, analytics) to support integrated marketing campaigns.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Create ad copy, manage bid strategies, and implement A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
Generate reports and present campaign results and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
Stay up‑to‑date on the latest trends, best practices, and platform updates in paid search and digital marketing.
Requirements
1+ years of hands‑on experience managing paid search campaigns.
Familiarity with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search advertising platforms.
Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast‑paced agency environment.
Experience with reporting tools, Google Analytics, or similar platforms is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.

$60,000 - $70,000 base.
