Digital Marketing Campaign Manager, Growth Programs (Hybrid) - Contractor We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and self‑motivated individual to join our team as a non‑supervisory, temporary contractor within Programs, Regions, Operations and Strategy (PROpS). The role focuses on driving growth and awareness for USP Standards, Reference Standards and related solutions that support our strategic vision and priority initiatives.

Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive digital marketing campaign plans that align with strategic marketing objectives and drive revenue growth.

Create compelling campaigns with clear messaging and visual content that resonate with target audiences and adhere to brand guidelines.

Segment customer audiences and craft communication strategies that highlight the value of USP standards and solutions.

Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and develop mitigation plans.

Analyze data and trends to evaluate key performance metrics and provide actionable insights to Program and Region teams.

Collaborate with content creators, agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure campaign execution aligns with plans.

Coordinate with strategic marketing teams and other digital marketing colleagues to maintain schedule and quality standards.

Manage digital marketing agencies, campaign timelines, budgets, and asset accuracy.

Present regular updates, metrics, lessons learned, and insights to Growth Programs and Region Marketing teams.

Adjust campaigns in real time based on learnings, budget constraints, and stakeholder feedback.

Stay current on digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to maintain competitive advantage.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, chemistry, life sciences, or a related field.

At least four (4) years of hands‑on digital marketing experience in the pharma, life sciences, or food ingredients industry.

Minimum of two (2) years of project management experience or three (3) years of leading inter‑departmental projects.

Proven ability to lead initiatives in fast‑paced, dynamic environments.

In‑depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, online marketing tools, CRM platforms, and best practices.

Desired Preferences

Experience in B2B marketing.

Willingness to work flexible hours (8 am–4 pm) and participate in occasional virtual meetings outside regular business hours.
