Base pay range $55,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

Marketing and Events Coordinator Department: Marketing

Reports To: Chief Marketing Officer

Location: Remote. Preference to candidates in the Dallas Fort Worth Area.

Role Overview This role is all about bringing the company brand to life for employees through impactful corporate events, experiences, gifting, storytelling and corporate partnerships. You’ll help plan and execute events, secure partnerships for merchandise and venues, conduct market research, and manage the RFP process for vendors—all while ensuring every experience reflects the company’s brand identity.

Responsibilities

Event Planning & Execution: Help plan and coordinate corporate events that align with the company’s brand and marketing objectives.

Develop event themes, materials, and creative elements that reflect brand identity.

Manage logistics, timelines, and vendor relationships to ensure seamless event delivery.

Corporate Partnerships: Research and identify potential corporate partners for merchandise and event collaborations.

Negotiate and secure partnerships with hotels, venues, lifestyle brands, and other organizations to enhance event experiences.

Build and maintain a perks and experiences portfolio that add value for internal team members.

Research & RFP Management: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive offerings, and partnership opportunities.

Initiate and manage the RFP process for event venues, vendors, and service providers.

Evaluate proposals and make recommendations based on quality, cost, and brand alignment.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Human Resources on organization-wide events.

Qualifications

2–5+ years of experience in event planning, marketing, or corporate partnerships.

Strong research and negotiation skills; experience with RFP processes preferred.

Excellent organizational and project management abilities.

Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand consistency.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality experiences.
