Join the Discord team to help shape the advertising ecosystem for a platform used by over 200 million people each month. As the first Product Marketing Manager for our emerging advertising solutions, you’ll build and lead go‑to‑market strategies focused on gaming clients, drive product activation, and partner with Sales to bring our solutions to market.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies for the gaming vertical through market research, customer segmentation, competitive analysis, and targeted campaigns that drive awareness and adoption.
• Lead activation initiatives, crafting differentiated messaging, value propositions, and GTM motions that resonate with new audiences.
• Build and scale sales enablement programs, training, collateral, objection handling, and tools to empower the Sales team to confidently pitch and close deals.
• Define and track activation goals and KPIs, continuously refining strategies to improve GTM performance.
• Act as the voice of new vertical customers, translating insights into actionable recommendations that influence product strategy and positioning.
• Partner with Business Marketing to establish Discord’s thought leadership and category presence, shaping narratives through events, content, and industry partnerships.

What You Should Have

• 4–6 years of Product Marketing experience in the advertising space, with a track record of scaling teams and platforms.
• Experience within the gaming or mobile verticals.
• Excel in ambiguous environments—excited about building new processes, business models, and scaling an advertising business from the ground up.

Relocation: Candidates must reside in or be willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area (Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Solano, Sonoma). Relocation assistance may be available.

Compensation: The US base salary range for this full‑time position is $180,000 – $202,500 + equity + benefits.
