VP of Marketing at Ideology Studio | Organizer of Bay Area Construction Networking

We are a full-service creative marketing agency based in the San Francisco Bay Area. We help construction and service-based businesses grow through branding, cinematic video production, social media management, and digital marketing campaigns.

What You’ll Do

• Create engaging social media content across IG, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
• Act as an influencer-style creator — appear on camera, deliver messages, and connect with audiences.
• Take high-quality photos and videos on a consistent basis (this is a required skill).
• Participate in photo/video shoots and follow creative direction.
• Edit content using Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Bring your dance, music, or performance background into creative storytelling.
• Plan content calendars, write captions, and follow trending formats.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and production teams on campaigns.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in social media content creation and influencer-style videos.
• Strong photography + videography skills (portfolio required).
• Comfortable being on camera and expressing personality.
• Creativity, visual sense, and storytelling ability.
• Editing skills (video + photo).
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage tasks independently.
• Bonus: Mandarin Chinese language ability.
