Your Responsibilities:
- Capture breathtaking portraits of newborns and their families, preserving lifelong memories.
- Create a warm and welcoming customer experience throughout each session.
- Achieve photography sales goals to support our mission.
- Interact with families and hospital partners with professionalism and patience.
- Collaborate seamlessly with fellow team members to ensure an enjoyable process.
- Handle newborns with comfort and safety, ensuring their well-being at all times.
- Maintain a passion for photography and deliver excellent customer service.
Experience and Requirements:
- Basic to mid-level photography skills, along with fundamental computer knowledge.
- Preferred background in sales and customer service, with strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a hospital environment while performing moderate physical activities, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Must have reliable transportation and be available to work weekends and holidays.
- Must be at least 18 years old and hold a high school diploma or GED.
- Pass background checks and health screenings; current vaccinations are required (including COVID-19).
- Candidates must successfully complete a 12-panel drug test, including THC.
