Senior UI/UX Designer

Company is looking for an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be a key part of our product team, helping to shape the user experience across our web and mobile platforms. You will be responsible for driving design projects from ideation to execution, all while helping to improve our design culture and processes. If you’re a creative, curious, and ambitious problem‑solver with a passion for designing for good, we want to talk to you.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of new features and improve existing ones across our platform, working closely with product and engineering teams.
• Develop design strategies that align with business goals and user needs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to identify pain points and validate design solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity mockups for both web and mobile experiences.
• Clearly and effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
• Present work and incorporate feedback to refine designs.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers and contribute to our design culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI, Product Design, or a similar role.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design process and problem‑solving skills is required.
• Expertise in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Solid understanding of user‑centered design principles, accessibility, and mobile‑first design.
• Knowledge of web, iOS, and Android design standards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• A genuine passion for empathy and a drive to create a meaningful impact on our users’ lives.
