Base pay range: $140,000 - $250,000 per year

Mission

• Your north star: qualified demos per month.
• Grow Athena’s authority among CMOs, SEO, and PR teams through AI Search infographics, webinars, and text, video, and website content.
• Communicate Athena mission and storytelling.
• Host in-person events.
• Curate case studies and content that convert.
• Build AthenaHQ customer advocate community.
• Work closely with Andrew, co‑founder and CEO to refine messaging, find new growth channels, understand what customers care about and what makes them convert.

Outcomes

• Manage X and LinkedIn accounts and grow LinkedIn company following from 5K followers to 10K followers in 3 months.
• Ideate, execute, and measure efficacy of marketing experiments.
• Generate leads for Athena's account executive team.
• Produce data‑driven content that are CMO‑ready across multiple verticals (B2B SaaS, CPG, etc).

• Have design skills and design taste.
• Learn fast.
• Be naturally curious.
• Ex‑consultants and investment banking backgrounds are welcome.
