We are excited to invite a talented and experienced Senior Game Producer to join the Cookie Jam team, one of our top-grossing mobile games. As a key leader of a team of over 60 professionals, you will be responsible for executing the game’s long-term strategic roadmap. We need a master of project management who is also a creative problem-solver, dedicated to optimizing development processes and guiding our team towards success.
Your passion for games and strategic thinking will be essential in managing robust live operations. Collaborate closely with the team and management to balance development priorities, enhance our workflows, and provide a top-tier experience for our players. A key focus for this role is to nurture and mentor production talent within our Puzzle organization, aiding producers at all levels in their career development.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead the creation of the long-term roadmap and production goals for the team.
- Oversee robust live operations of this critical title to ensure smooth execution and stability for players.
- Enhance team pipelines and workflows while ensuring adequate team organization for optimal support.
- Mentor producers at all levels and provide hands-on learning opportunities.
- Collaborate with directors to establish product vision and team objectives, communicating them effectively through documentation and presentations.
- Resolve conflicts within internal, cross-functional teams to assure efficient operations.
- Strengthen communication and relationships between teams proactively.
- Present a clear and concise project overview to executive leadership while advocating for the team and development plans.
- Use sound judgment to escalate issues, implement new tools, or revamp processes as necessary.
- 8+ years of experience in a game production role, preferably in casual mobile gaming.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with a talent for building consensus across multiple teams.
- Proven experience in live operations, especially in fast-paced, event-driven game environments.
- Strong knowledge of the marketplace and market trends, adept at identifying product improvements.
- Ability to balance project demands with creativity and player experience.
- Solid foundation in project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, with customization capabilities for team-specific needs.
- Proactive, results-oriented self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- A collaborative team player with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Proficient in production tools like Confluence, Jira, G-Suite, and Keynote.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with a willingness to adapt to feedback.
- Strong technical skills and hands-on experience with configuration management and deployment tools, including JSON configuration.
In compliance with local law, we disclose the compensation for this role. The listed range is just one part of Jam City's total compensation package, which may also include annual bonuses, incentives, and awards related to the program. Starting pay will depend on various job-related factors, including education, experience, and location. The disclosed range for this full-time position is $140,000 - $170,000 annually.
