Technical Presentation Designer – Apex Systems

Our legal agency client is looking for a Technical Presentation Designer with a technical background.

Mostly remote with occasional out‑of‑state travel (Texas, New York, Washington DC, SoCal) for ~5–10 day stints every 2–3 months.

This role starts in a part‑time capacity (~30 hours per week) with the potential for overtime and conversion to full‑time.

Requirements

• Degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, Physical Sciences, or similar) or extensive examples of legal presentation design.
• At least 2 years of experience creating technical presentations (e.g., architecture blueprint views, medical devices, manufacturing instruments).
• Proficiency with Photoshop, Keynote, and Illustrator.
• Bonus: 2D and/or 3D animation skills.
• Applications without portfolios with legal presentation design samples will not be considered.

Responsibilities

• Creating and revising PowerPoint presentation decks with complex content.
• Working on illustrations and video editing for assets.
• Formatting and designing slides.
• Laying out informational graphics.
• Ensuring confidentiality and appropriate handling of client or customer systems, proprietary information, or data.
