Responsibilities Build international monetization advertising and creator‑related products. Design product features and strategies to help advertisers efficiently produce creative assets and match with suitable creators, while enabling creators to better monetize their content. Optimize the customer journey related to creators and creatives, enhancing collaboration efficiency and user experience for advertisers, creators, and their service partners. Collaborate with regional operations teams to identify and clarify localized needs, and design scalable and unified product solutions. Understand the core business logic around creatives and creators, abstract key challenges, and drive product design through research and analysis. Leverage data analysis to identify pain points and growth blockers, and work closely with operations teams to define effective growth strategies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above. Internship experience in internet platforms, monetization, B2B, or ecosystem product roles is a big plus. Strong communication skills. Comfortable working in a multilingual environment. Proactive and eager to deeply understand the business; sensitive to user needs and strong in communication. Empathetic, responsible, and self‑driven, with excellent project management and execution skills. Strong logical thinking and data sensitivity; skilled at identifying and solving problems through data analysis. Compensation Base salary range: $122,360 – $185,600 annually.
