  • Balance UX strategy with visual excellence, producing intuitive, accessible, and on‑brand interfaces.
  • Partner with researchers, other principal designers, and vendors to maintain consistency across the digital ecosystem.
  • Review and refine design work across the team to ensure cohesion and quality.
  • Mentor and guide designers, providing feedback that strengthens both UX and visual design quality.
  • Foster collaboration across product, research, and engineering to deliver cohesive, high‑performing experiences.
  • Evolve design processes, tools, and standards for greater scalability and consistency.
  • Influence senior leaders with design recommendations grounded in data, research, and customer insight.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years minimum experience in user experience, digital strategy, or related field.
  • Deep expertise in both UX and UI design for web and mobile products.
  • Strong command of design systems, accessibility, and responsive design principles.
  • Proven success designing end‑to‑end eCommerce experiences that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma and collaborative design tools.
  • Skilled in building prototypes, flows, and journey maps to communicate design intent.
  • Ability to translate research and data into actionable, customer‑centered solutions.
  • Experienced mentor and design leader, elevating craft, quality, and consistency.
  • Excellent communication, executive presentation, and storytelling skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross‑functional projects with accountability and flexibility.
  • Hands‑on leader, willing to roll up sleeves and lead by example.
  • Comfortable operating in agile, fast‑paced environments and navigating ambiguity with confidence.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing high‑quality, complex eCommerce design work.
