About the Graphic Design Co-Op Position We are looking for a Graphic Design Co-Op to join our growing Marketing Department! This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands‑on experience creating high‑quality and imaginative designs that support Cannistraro’s corporate brand and marketing goals. As a Graphic Design Co-Op, you’ll work across a wide variety of digital projects, including website content, social media campaigns, display ads, and other marketing materials. You’ll collaborate with the corporate marketing team and contribute creative ideas that will help bring Cannistraro’s vision to life. In this role you will: Assist the Marketing Group with the design and execution of compelling and engaging content for the company website, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms Help with designing and producing internal and external marketing materials such as brochures, digital ads, and presentations. Collaborate with the marketing team to interpret design needs, objectives, and brand standards. Communicate ideas and concepts clearly and effectively and apply feedback to refine work. Maintain attention to detail, organization, and quality across multiple projects. A successful candidate will have: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Marketing, or a related field. Coursework or project experience using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint. Strong creative thinking, design, and problem-solving skills. Ability to take feedback constructively and make quick revisions. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Excellent time management and attention to detail. Basic knowledge of photography and photo editing is a plus.
