Opportunity We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Workfront Lead to join our growing Marketing Transformation team. In this strategic role, you will work with top-tier organizations to lead the design, implementation, integration, and optimization of the Adobe Workfront and Fusion solutions. Your Key Responsibilities Define, design and implement scalable Workfront solutions to support enterprise level workflow management Define Workfront solutions leveraging leading practice methods and techniques Design and manage integrations between Workfront and other enterprise systems leveraging Workfront Fusion or other middleware’s Leverage APIs and automation tools to streamline processes and enhance user experience Establish overall standards for Workfront configuration and implementation Define and refine estimating framework for Workfront projects Provide thought leadership on capabilities and how to leverage AI as part of a Workfront solution Lead Workfront sales processes including pipeline management and serve as pursuit leader for key pursuits Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for additional value creation and driving new business initiatives Lead cross‑functional teams and oversee seamless execution of marketing transformation initiatives Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and innovation Stay ahead of emerging trends in digital marketing, customer experience, marketing technologies, and AI Skills and Attributes for Success Expertise in transformation architecture through analysis and knowledge of best practices to solve complex problems, drive thought leadership and innovation Leading engagement delivery and accountable for program/project management Regular travel as needed by external clients Managing client relationships and engaging in daily interactions Leading client engagements from planning to execution and closure Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field; MBA strongly preferred 8–10 years relevant experience in Workfront implementation Demonstrated expertise in at least 2–3 specialties: Adobe AEM, Adobe GenStudio, Adobe Firefly Knowledge of B2B or B2C marketing practices, processes and technologies Experience in marketing, customer‑driven or growth projects within technology, telecom, media/entertainment or consumer products/retail Significant people‑management experience with project teams and direct reports Business development support throughout sales lifecycle Mentoring junior consultants effectively Valid passport and US driver’s license; willing to travel 50–80% domestically and internationally Business Skills Building and Managing Relationships Client Trust and Value Commercial Astuteness Communicating With Impact Digital Fluency Leading Teams Managing Change Negotiation and Influencing Sustainability Systems Thinking Technical Skills Adobe Workfront Configuration (Adobe Workfront Core Developer or Architect Certification) Adobe Fusion Certification Ideally You’ll Also Have Proven ability to navigate complex organizational structures and environments Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels Previous experience in technology consulting, specifically on Adobe suite Significant experience working in configuration and architect roles What We Look For Candidates who demonstrate a keen ability to solve complex problems, drive innovation, and lead large‑scale transformations.
