Job Title: UI/UX Designer
Location: Boston, MA
Employment Type: Contract - 06 Months w/possible extension

We're seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to help shape our cutting-edge FCAT product for technical traders. You'll be instrumental in shaping the user experience, bringing clarity to complex financial concepts through intuitive UX and a passion for user-centered design. This role requires a blend of design system stewardship, new feature development, and a commitment to understanding the needs of users.

The Expertise You Have

  • 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio that shows off your interface design chops
  • Expert-level skills in Figma and demonstrable experience with the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to work with UI /Front end dev teams to support bringing designs to production
  • A solid grasp of UX principles, interaction design, and product thinking
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team in a hybrid setup
  • A self-starter who's curious, adaptable, and always looking to learn
  • Experience with or an interest in financial services, technology, and emerging tech – bonus points if you know your way around trading
  • Great communication skills and a curiosity about storytelling through design
