We are seeking an experienced, talented, and collaborative 3D Designer to work on residential & mixed use projects.
The selected candidate will be key members of the project team during all phases of development and design presentation.
Technical deliverables in 2D & 3D, develop with exteriors and interior detailing along with drawing coordination is required.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor of Architecture Degree preferred.
Graphic, 3D presentation, production & technical skills.
Self-starter who is focused, articulate, well-organized & detail oriented.
Proficiency with AutoCad,Up, Lumion Render & Adobe Design Suite.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United State and fluent in English.
2 years of relevant professional experience; residential & mixed-use knowledge preferred.
COMPENSATION: Salary $62,000 - $75,000 commensurate with experience and skill level.
Compensation is per relevant skills, education & overall experience level.
Salaries are reviewed annually for advancements & bonuses.
