Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Motion Designer to bring our brand and product stories to life through compelling motion graphics and video editing. Ideal for an experienced creative professional with a strong sense of design, a keen eye for detail and timing, and the ability to translate abstract ideas into engaging visual narratives. The role works closely with the Account Team and collaborates across design and content to produce concept‑to‑delivery marketing work. Candidates must be in the EST or CST time zone; recruiters will discuss specifics and accommodations.
Responsibilities
Design and animate polished, brand‑aligned motion graphics for product videos, ads, social media content, marketing campaigns, and internal presentations.
Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to conceptualize, design, and execute visual storytelling approaches.
Deliver high‑quality motion and video work on schedule while adhering to Stellantis’ visual style and voice.
Edit, revise, and refine existing motion graphics and video productions as needed.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently in a remote work environment.
Present ideas internally and liaise with clients and in‑house creative team members on a daily/weekly basis.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, animation, or a related field preferred.
5‑7+ years of experience in motion design.
Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Figma.
Experience with video production (on‑location shoots, pre‑ and post‑production).
Strong portfolio showcasing mature, delivered motion work.
Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and take creative direction and feedback.
Familiarity with brand and product storytelling.
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
Bonus Points
Experience with the full Adobe Creative Suite, Cinema 4D, Blender.
Experience with sound design and video color grading.
Understanding of accessibility principles in motion design.
