We’re seeking a results‑driven Sales & Marketing Director to lead our efforts in expanding our market presence, driving revenue growth, and shaping the public face of our brand.

Position Overview The Sales & Marketing Director will oversee all sales and marketing operations for Mela Coffee, with a dual focus on growing wholesale accounts and strengthening brand visibility. This role blends hands‑on selling, strategic marketing leadership, and team collaboration to ensure our coffee program thrives in both B2B and consumer markets.

Core Responsibilities Sales & Coffee Program Development

Learn and master target market segments, including coffee shops, restaurants, offices, and specialty retailers.

Build and maintain prospect lists, initiate outreach, and develop strong customer relationships.

Deliver compelling coffee program presentations and product demonstrations to potential accounts.

Understand product offerings, pricing structures, and contract terms; communicate them effectively to clients.

Collaborate with roasting and operations teams to ensure product quality and delivery meets client expectations.

Track and report sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.

Marketing & Brand Management

Develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with company goals and seasonal promotions.

Oversee brand voice and visual identity across all marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and print materials.

Manage and maintain the company website, online store, and digital advertising initiatives.

Create content showcasing Mela Coffee Co.’s products, partnerships, and community involvement.

Coordinate events, sponsorships, and public relations opportunities to build brand awareness.

Monitor marketing performance data and adjust campaigns for maximum effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in sales, account management, and/or marketing, preferably in the specialty coffee or food & beverage industry.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging marketing content.

Familiarity with digital marketing tools, analytics, and social media platforms.

Ability to work independently, set priorities, and manage multiple projects.

Passion for coffee and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Schedule & Commitment

Full‑time, on‑site role based in Wenatchee, WA.
