The Role You will lead the Viral Marketing function across all of MrBeast’s ventures, from our core content and global brand collaborations to consumer products like Feastables. Your job is to turn creative sparks into full‑scale cultural moments that move audiences and deliver measurable results.
What You’ll Do
Build and lead the viral marketing function, including team, processes, metrics, and creative playbook that turn ideas into impact.
Launch high‑impact campaigns across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms that drive massive organic reach and engagement.
Create repeatable systems for virality from concept to drop, ensuring every campaign moves fast, hits hard, and delivers measurable results.
Partner with Social, Content, and Production teams to coordinate cross‑channel storytelling and flawless launch execution.
Define and report viral metrics such as reach, retention, share velocity, and earned media to measure performance and scale what works.
Lead brand and creator collaborations that merge creativity with strategy and deliver both cultural and business outcomes.
Mentor a high‑performing team of creative marketers, strategists, and producers who thrive on innovation and speed.
What You’ll Bring
10+ years of experience leading marketing, social, or content teams in fast‑moving, creative environments.
Proven track record of developing viral, social‑first campaigns that achieved both cultural relevance and business results.
Deep understanding of platform mechanics, creator culture, and audience behavior.
Ability to translate brand and business goals into campaigns that spark global attention.
Strong creative judgment combined with analytical rigor to measure and optimize success.
Experience managing complex cross‑functional projects with precision and accountability.
A builder’s mindset and comfort operating in high‑velocity, no‑blueprint environments.
