Job Description Master Concept Planner - Rhino Expert
Our client is seeking
highly skilled Architectural Concept Designers
with advanced proficiency in
Rhino 3D
to support multiple conceptual stage projects. This role focuses on iterative design for both conceptual mixed use and master plan projects, spatial layouts, land use strategies, building arrangements, and circulation concepts.
Responsibilities
Use
Rhino 3D
extensively to develop and organize models, including land use, building massing, and circulation.
Efficiently convert 2D data into structured 3D elements using layers and linked blocks.
Utilize
Grasshopper
for parametric modeling and automating repetitive design tasks.
Analyze pedestrian flow, sunlight exposure, and environmental impacts using Rhino’s analytical tools.
Integrate surrounding context and site data into the master plan.
Create high-quality renderings and animations for presentations.
Develop presentation layouts and sheets within Rhino for client and stakeholder communication.
Assist in producing detailed documentation, including plans, diagrams, and models.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, or related field (required).
Master’s degree (preferred).
Proficiency in
Rhino 3D
(required).
Experience with
Grasshopper
(preferred).
Familiarity with
D5 Render
or similar rendering tools (preferred).
Strong design sensibility and ability to communicate ideas visually.
3 Years professional experience on site at an Architecture Firm.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
