role is focused on bringing new brands to life. This position sits within the innovation team and is all about taking new brands from concept to market — giving you a front-row seat to shape which ones succeed.

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead brand marketing efforts for 1–3 beverage brands from proof of concept through potential expansion.

Oversee in‑market testing, brand strategy, and growth opportunities.

Partner closely with innovation, compliance, legal, and insights teams to drive concepts forward.

Collaborate with sales teams and wholesalers to gain buy‑in and deliver strong results.

Qualifications

Classic brand marketing experience.

Confident presenting and building relationships, consistent in execution, and excited to be in market.

Remote position with about 50% travel (in market).

Unique chance to own the brand marketing of up‑and‑coming brands and be an essential part of go‑to‑market process.

Candidates must have a minimum of 6 years of marketing experience and be based in either Dallas or Oakland/Sacramento area.
