Overview A dynamic and highly organized Marketing Project Manager is needed to support a fast-paced Product, Design, and Marketing environment. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in cross-functional collaboration, excels at managing multiple priorities, and maintains a high level of discretion when handling sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities
Support annual and quarterly planning for marketing initiatives and priorities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Growth, Media, Email, Platform, Editorial, Business, and Marketing—to ensure alignment on project scope and objectives.
Maintain clear and accurate project timelines, adapting as scope or requirements change.
Coordinate and facilitate meetings, ensuring participation from all necessary stakeholders.
Prepare and distribute weekly status updates on priority projects.
Identify and implement workflow optimizations in partnership with cross-functional teams.
Manage project roadmaps, scopes, creative review trackers, production schedules, and other documentation.
Determine appropriate communication paths and ensure information is shared thoughtfully and with discretion.
Capture meeting notes and distill key takeaways for teams.
Collaborate with resource and brand management teams to maintain alignment.
Maintain master timelines and tracking systems.
Partner with other Project Managers to support consistent tracking standards and protocols.
Required Qualifications
5–7 years of professional experience in project management, program management, or operations management.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of an organization.
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to make confident, informed decisions under pressure.
Experience handling sensitive or confidential information with integrity.
Strong desire for continuous learning, process improvement, and sharing best practices.
Proficient in project management tools such as AirTable, Quip, WorkFront, OmniPlan, Wrike, 10,000 Ft, or similar platforms; as well as productivity tools such as Numbers, Pages, iCal, Keynote, and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working within complex, cross-functional marketing environments.
Ability to anticipate change and respond quickly and effectively.
Strong work ethic and a high degree of professionalism.
