Position:
Bilingual Social Media Content Creator
This role is a 15‑hour per week contract for an orthopedic urgent care provider. The successful candidate will own the social channels (IG, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook) to educate Miami that specialized orthopedic urgent care exists and share why it is the best first stop for orthopedic pains and injuries, emphasizing speed, price transparency, on‑site imaging, avoidance of referrals, and meaningful treatment in the first visit.
Responsibilities
Plan and publish 3‑5 short‑form posts per week across Instagram & TikTok, and cross‑post to YouTube and Facebook.
Film 20‑40 second snippets with clinicians and medical staff for educational content, including games such as myth vs. fact.
Film 20‑40 second snippets with patients for testimonials.
Turn real clinic moments into content with written consent: demos on splitting and casting, injury prevention tips, “X‑ray of the week,” front‑desk stories.
Create simple graphics in Canva using the brand kit provided.
Write bilingual (English & Spanish) captions and calls to action such as walk‑in, call, book online.
Schedule posts one week in advance and reply to comments and DMs within business hours.
Track weekly metrics in a simple spreadsheet (views, likes, clicks, etc.).
Qualifications
Creative with new ideas and follow trends in social media; skilled with video editing, especially short, entertaining snippets.
Organized with a content calendar, approvals, and consent forms.
Professional, aware that interactions occur with medical staff and patients who may be in pain.
A clear, concise storyteller comfortable filming on iPhone or similar devices.
Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
Bonus: experience in healthcare or sports medicine, or ties to the Miami community.
Bonus: familiarity with AI tools for animated videos and memes.
Must use personal equipment (laptop, phone) and travel to various locations around Miami.
