Lead and develop the Jordan Retail Brand Marketing strategy, vision, and evolution of the Integrated Retail Marketing (Nike Direct, Partners, NBHD) in LA. Enable O2O marketing plans focused on consumer journeys that prioritize Jordan Brand initiatives and community moments across the LA marketplace. Collaborate with North America Jordan Retail Brand Marketing, Store Merchants, Visual Merchandizing & Styling, and store business partners to align on key seasonal and 365 product stories for the geo and the city. Balance art and science of marketing: obsess the business and consumer insights, and craft creative ways to tell product stories in-store and across channels. Partner with Global, Geo, and City retail marketing teams to set and enrich seasonal Jordan Retail Brand strategies for product presentation, communication, and consumer experience in North America. Work with the Retail Design team to bring product storytelling and experiences to life in the marketplace. Own end-to-end consumer experience across digital and physical touchpoints, driving go-to-market plans from ideation to execution in partnership with key teams. Craft and deliver integrated retail brand marketing plans centered on consumer engagement aligned with city brand and business priorities, with clear KPIs. Brief accounts/agencies, supervise ongoing workflow, and manage final stages of creative and executions; manage budget tracking for initiatives. Who You Will Work With
As a member of the LA Integrated Retail Brand Marketing team, you will report to the LA Integrated Retail Marketing Director. You will collaborate with the LA Retail Marketing team and NA Jordan Retail Brand Marketing team, as well as LA and NA brand management and Marketplace sales teams to bring the Jordan brand to life across the marketplace (digital and physical). You will work closely with cross-functional teams on seasonal/initiative projects from brief planning to execution to ensure plans align with seasonal brand strategy and brand voice. What You Bring
A successful candidate will demonstrate the following essential requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Design, Art or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training 5+ years of work experience in retail brand / digital / brand marketing or related marketing experience (preferably in retail) Deep knowledge of the LA market and Retail Brand Marketing Authentic connection to and understanding of the Jordan Sport Field of plays: Energy, Streetwear and Sport (Basketball, BB, Global Football, Golf) Excellent oral and written communication skills including meeting facilitation and persuasive leadership presentations Proactive, accountable, and goal-oriented; ability to turn strategy into action and manage multiple projects with varying timelines Strong organizational skills to influence cross-functional teams Ability to connect a brand to a local community of athletes, influencers, and catalysts both digitally and physically Ability to work independently in a matrix organization Adaptability to move at the pace of the consumer and shift as needed Experience identifying and managing external relationships with agencies and retail partners Strong knowledge of the LA Marketplace and decision-making to drive results Curiosity about the LA consumer and their world Leads with credibility and reliability Accommodations : We offer accommodations to complete our interview process; if you need assistance or an accommodation due to a disability, please complete the Candidate Accommodation Request Form.
