Role Overview Drive the definition and design of user interactions with AI, ensuring clarity and trust. Partner across teams to develop AI experiences that enhance business decisions, blending creativity and data literacy.
As a User Experience Designer, you will define how artificial intelligence is used to reveal trends influencing product and business decisions. This role combines vision with hands‑on design, requiring a balance of creativity, systems thinking, and data literacy. You'll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Research teams to develop experiences that make AI explainable, trustworthy, and human‑centered. Your work will support the product's design system and advocate for ethical design practices.
Day in the Life
Design intuitive interactions with AI systems for user clarity and control.
Create visual narratives to communicate AI insights effectively.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for user experience enhancement.
Facilitate discovery sessions to identify user needs and pain points.
Extend design systems for new AI and data visualization patterns.
Your Qualifications
7+ years in UX or Product Design, with 2+ years in a senior role.
Proven design leadership in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.
Portfolio that demonstrates strategy to execution with data visualization examples.
Strong understanding of data models and machine learning (AI & Data Fluency).
