As the Marketing Director for CVRM ‑ ATTR, based in Wilmington, DE, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the future of our Cardiovascular Renal Metabolic therapeutic area. This position offers the chance to lead brand strategy and execution for Hereditary ATTR (hATTR), an inherited form of amyloidosis.

Accountabilities

Lead strategic direction and marketing activities for CVRM ATTR asset, including market shaping, brand positioning, and disease state awareness campaigns.

Develop integrated channel marketing strategies for the disease state and brand.

Analyze and evaluate brand assets considering product profile, competitive positioning, and market access.

Lead cross‑functional Brand Working Group to ensure alignment.

Produce strategic and operational commercial plans addressing positioning and messaging.

Collaborate on marketing strategies, tactics, and activities to achieve product objectives.

Manage relationships with agencies, vendor partners, and consultants.

Work with Insights and Analytics team to identify actionable insights and performance trends.

Build networks with disease area experts.

Support launch/life cycle management plans responsive to patient needs.

Ensure promotional planning aligns with legal/regulatory compliance.

Foster relationships with thought leader advocates and customer advocacy groups.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree; preferably in business, marketing or the sciences

8+ years of Pharmaceutical or Healthcare experience

5+ years of Pharmaceutical Marketing and Promotions experience

Experience leading brand strategy and executing against it

Ability to assess and drive results with proven track record of consistent achievement or overachievement delivering strategic and operational plans within a therapeutic or business area

Demonstrated experience in working within cross‑functional business units essential

Strong communication, presentation skills.

Demonstrated Learning Agility

Ability to successfully lead through ambiguity

Desirable Skills/Experience

Advanced Degree

Successful experience leading change transformation

Experience in cross‑channel, cross‑customer marketing

Clinical experience in Cardiovascular Renal Metabolic therapeutic area, with a focus on hypertension is strongly preferred

Experience in Market Access/Managed Markets – Strong understanding of local healthcare system pricing and reimbursement

Experience in Insight/Market Research
