Overview The Media Planner is the day‑to‑day steward on media communication for an assigned brand, including budget control and flow of digital media activity. They will develop and maintain a strong knowledge of client business and apply online media understanding to help deliver against the client’s objectives. The Planner will work closely with the Supervisor in the development, communication and oversight of all media recommendations, and be responsible for management, oversight and priority setting for Associates.

Responsibilities

Assist the Supervisor in developing digital media plan options and recommendations.

Maintain accurate budget control and flow of media activity, and update the client on a timely/consistent basis.

Demonstrate strong understanding of online media fundamentals, including media math, target audience development and communication goals (reach/frequency).

Demonstrate proficiency with systems/tools (MRI, MediaTools, ComScore).

Gather and analyze appropriate research to provide sound, strategic, consumer‑insights‑driven digital media recommendations.

Establish collaborative, productive working relationships with implementation teams to ensure media strategies are delivered and brand goals and client needs are met.

Ensure proper execution of digital media plans by monitoring buys/schedules.

Develop strong relationships with partner agencies (when applicable) to create a seamless communications process.

Demonstrate creativity and agility when problem‑solving.

Deliver POVs/position papers on key client issues and/or client opportunities.

Prepare media authorizations per approved plans/project.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS).

1‑2 years of media planning experience.

MediaTools knowledge is a must.

Familiarity with competitive systems (AdViews, Kantar, etc.) and research tools (MRI, ComScore, etc.).

Strong proficiency in Excel.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Professional, with strong teamwork skills.

Solution‑oriented problem solver.

Adept at time management and handling shifting priorities.

Compensation Range: $60,800 – $89,600. This pay range reflects the value the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of posting. Compensation will be determined based on skills, qualifications and experience, and may be modified at any time. The application deadline for this role is 1/31/2026.
