Overview

Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) Must live in or relocate to South Florida. A high-growth consumer products and services company is seeking an accomplished Chief Marketing Officer to architect and lead its global marketing organization. This executive will own brand, acquisition, and creative strategy while shaping the company’s next phase of expansion across D2C and omnichannel distribution. Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership to a marketing organization (D2C, Omni-Channel Marketing, Creative), aligning structure, talent, and priorities to enterprise goals. Drive D2C revenue growth through refined media strategies, elevated website experience, and a disciplined full-funnel acquisition approach. Lead a global marketing reorganization to increase agility, enhance operational discipline, and reduce organizational inefficiencies. Define the company’s updated brand positioning and launch equity campaigns that strengthen market presence and improve ROAS. Enhance digital commerce processes to elevate brand presentation, streamline customer journeys, and increase conversion rates. Partner closely with Product, Technology, and Commercial leadership to integrate marketing strategy into product roadmaps, growth initiatives, and omnichannel efforts. Oversee performance analytics, budget management, agency strategy, and long-range planning to ensure marketing investments deliver measurable returns. Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, contributing to enterprise strategy and representing the voice of the customer across the organization. Qualifications

10–15+ years of senior marketing leadership within consumer, subscription, digital commerce, or related sectors. Demonstrated success driving D2C growth, marketing organizations, retail, and elevating brand performance. Strong command of acquisition strategy, brand development, digital experience, and data-driven decision-making. Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and influence at the executive and board levels. Exceptional strategic clarity, communication ability, and operational execution.
