Director, Strategic Marketing & Product Management
Location: Port Washington, NY, USA – Onsite. Salary range: $200,000–$230,000 USD. Travel up to 35% international. Overview
Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, is a global leader in high‑tech filtration, separation, and purification. The Director of Marketing & Product Management will strategically lead the global F&B product portfolio, drive growth, and deliver profitable new product development. Responsibilities
Lead technical product roadmap and launch new products. Direct a team of ~10 associates across strategy, market, program, and product management. Conduct industry and end‑user research, synthesize insights, and develop strategic initiatives. Manage the new product development process (forecast, specification, validation, commercialization) and achieve revenue targets. Collaborate with Engineering and Operations to reduce costs of existing products through Value Analysis and supplier changes. Forecast annual demand and lead inventory and capacity planning to meet OTD requirements. Develop annual price strategy and implement price increases accurately. Qualifications
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in strategy, marketing, or product management leadership. Strong ability to influence senior managers and shape opinions. Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrated cross‑functional teamwork delivering strong product line performance and growth. Adaptable to changing priorities and unforeseen challenges. Highest personal and professional integrity and ethics. Advantage
Experience with food & beverage processing equipment and filtration. A degree (or equivalent) in an Engineering or Science discipline. Additional Information
