Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented sales leader to join our Enterprise Mobile Video team, specifically focusing on Body Worn Cameras (BWC) and License Plate Recognition (LPR). The Area Sales Manager will lead and mentor a team of strategically assigned account executives, drive sales growth by maintaining existing customer relationships, and achieve sales goals for our enterprise Mobile Video Team.
The Area Sales Manager will develop and implement a sales plan for target enterprise accounts, with a strong emphasis on BWC and LPR products across designated industry verticals.
Responsibilities include:
Develop and execute winning strategies within enterprise accounts across North America for Body Worn Camera solutions.
Create, cultivate, and close deals directly with end users and channel partners.
Recruit, train, and manage a high‑performing team of Enterprise Account Executives.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to leadership.
Build business plans with internal teams, partners, and external customers to drive sales.
Identify additional sales opportunities within existing accounts for all Mobile Video offerings.
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer grievances and coordinating with the Enterprise Mobile Video Support Team.
Work with a cross‑functional sales team to leverage portfolio incumbencies and cross‑sell to existing customers.
Specific Knowledge/Skills
5+ years of experience selling enterprise SaaS, cloud, and articulating product value.
2+ years of experience in sales leadership (preferred).
Experience in Retail, Healthcare, Hospitality, Manufacturing, Transportation, Technology, Financial Services (highly preferred).
Strategic Fortune 500 and/or Mid‑Market account management experience.
Proven track record with direct and channel sales.
Experience engaging executive‑level leadership.
Strong self‑starter; ability to hunt for and create sales opportunities.
Startup experience (beneficial).
Strong relationship development and management skills.
Ability to establish oneself as a trusted advisor.
Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
Location and Travel Requirements
Must be able to travel greater than 60% of the time.
Candidates can reside anywhere in the United States.
Target Base Salary Range
: $135,000 - $155,000 USD (pay varies by experience).
Basic Requirements
Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of sales experience.
OR 8+ years of sales experience.
Travel Requirements
50–75%
