Deux Vingt is a creative production agency working at the convergence of design, production, and strategy. We collaborate with brands to deliver thoughtful, high-impact creative across campaigns, digital, content, and experiential projects. As our work expands, we are seeking a Project Manager who can bring structure, clarity, and momentum to fast-moving creative teams. Role Overview

As a Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of creative projects across multiple workstreams. You will work closely with marketing associates, designers, producers, and other PMs to ensure projects move smoothly from intake to delivery. This role requires exceptional organization, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-paced, deadline-driven environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, solution-oriented, and experienced working within creative or marketing-focused workflows. Key Responsibilities

Manage project timelines, task assignments, and workflow processes using tools such as Asana, Workfront, Airtable or similar platforms. Support project scoping, intake, and brief alignment to ensure clarity around expectations, goals, and deliverables. Coordinate cross-functional communication between creative, strategy, production, and client-facing teams. Track project status, identify risks, and escalate blockers while keeping stakeholders informed. Facilitate review and approval cycles, ensuring timely feedback and version control. Maintain organized project documentation, deliverable lists, meeting notes, and status reports. Support resource scheduling and workload balancing across project teams. Ensure projects adhere to deadlines, brand standards, and quality expectations. Collaborate with leadership to improve workflows, processes, and team efficiencies. Adapt quickly to shifting priorities, managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

5+ years of project management experience in a creative, marketing, or production-focused environment. Strong proficiency with project management platforms such as Asana, Workfront; experience with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Teams, Outlook) required. Proven track record managing creative workflows, timelines, and stakeholder communication. Excellent organizational skills, detail orientation, and ability to manage competing priorities. Strong written and verbal communication skills and confidence interfacing with diverse teams. Experience facilitating reviews, feedback cycles, and cross-team alignment. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting. Comfort navigating ambiguity while maintaining clear structure and momentum within project teams.
