Maximize the potential of our artists, worldbuilding and gameplay at Notiontheory by:
creating a wide range of high-quality 3D assets from concept to final in-engine implementation.
authoring realistic PBR materials and textures, and creating advanced shaders within Unreal Engine.
building, set-dressing, and lighting compelling game levels and environments that align with the artistic vision and gameplay requirements
optimizing 3D assets and scenes for real-time rendering, ensuring they meet performance budgets and technical constraints
working independently while collaborating on high-level goals in a small team of experts
proactively identifying opportunities to improve the user experience, design workflows, and team efficiency
contributing to the research and development of our in-house design tools
Skills & Requirements
strong modeling and texturing skills with a portfolio of work
solid understanding of PBR workflows, asset optimization, and game art pipelines
ability to assemble and set dress environments in-engine
fluency in English (written, spoken)
working microphone and webcam
strategic thinker
excellent communicator
you must play games, love games, and want to make games!
