ISI Elite Training + Plungehouse Full Time | Charlotte, NC ISI Elite Training is one of the nation’s fastest growing boutique fitness franchise brands. We are looking for a Marketing Associate to support the Vice President of Marketing in developing and executing marketing strategies that strengthen brand presence, amplify our mission, and drive both member acquisition and franchise development growth. This role is a key cross functional communicator who works closely with franchisees, corporate teams, facility leaders, and members. The ideal candidate is a creative marketer with strong tactical skills, excellent organization, analytical capability, and a passion for storytelling, fitness, and community. The goal is to increase market share, improve system performance, and help both brands thrive in a competitive and fast paced environment. Core Responsibilities

Write, build, and schedule all CRM emails for leads, members, and franchise development audiences across both brands. Manage monthly email campaign calendars, ensuring accurate segmentation and timely delivery. Analyze email performance weekly and identify specific actions to improve open rates, click through rates, and conversion. Write and publish two blog posts per month that support SEO, consumer engagement, and franchise development thought leadership. Social Media and Content Strategy

Own the social media strategy, content creation, posting schedules, and performance tracking for both ISI Elite Training and Plungehouse. Develop and publish consistent content across Meta, YouTube, and other platforms including video, graphics, stories, and short form content. Monitor social metrics and use performance insights to adjust content, frequency, and creative direction. Partner with the Creative Team to develop high quality assets for franchisee use in local marketing. Campaign Support and Local Store Marketing

Support the development and execution of monthly and quarterly marketing campaigns across consumer and franchise development channels. Collaborate with Operations to provide marketing support for brand initiatives such as Discovery Days, IRON U Training, new facility openings, and system events. Respond to franchisee marketing support tickets and assist with CRM use, digital tools, brand assets, and local marketing best practices. Data, Reporting, and Paid Media

Pull weekly sales numbers every Monday and Friday and distribute performance summaries to the marketing team. Partner with the Digital Media Specialist to support paid advertising efforts including Meta, Google, and YouTube. Track web and campaign analytics using Google Analytics and other tools to identify opportunities for improvement. Qualifications

Proven experience in a marketing coordinator, specialist, or associate role. Strong writing skills with the ability to produce email, blog, and social content that aligns with brand voice and drives engagement. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with franchisees. Up to date knowledge of current marketing techniques, digital platforms, and industry best practices. Systems Proficiency
